The Net Safety Sales Gas Monitor (SGM) is a one-of-a-kind, innovative product that provides continuous monitoring
of Sales Gas for H2S content at a fraction of the cost of a gas analyzer. Staggered duty cycles on dual sensors ensures
long life in continuous service.
The SGM is constructed for use at the inlet to compressor stations and downstream
of gas sweetening facilities. It continuously monitors process/sales natural gas
sweetness for verification of acceptable levels of H2S. When the pre-selected level
is exceeded, an alarm relay is triggered.
Unlike gas analyzers, which can be complicated and fragile, the rugged and robust
SGM is made of 316 SS wetted parts encased in a corrosion-resistant weather shroud.
The SGM saves in operating and maintenance costs. It is designed to make
configuration, calibration, and operating as easy as possible, without sacrificing any
of its powerful functionality. Configuring is only a matter of choosing a monitoring
range, which include 0-20 ppm, 0-50 ppm, and 0-100 ppm H2S. Maintenance simply
requires periodic non-intrusive calibration. The SGM provides an instantaneous
8 character scrolling LED display for calibration and gas readouts (in ppm), and
is exceptionally easy to install - typically less than one hour.
